Charlie's Weekend

Woof! Hi there folks, gosh, I had such an exciting weekend! I went out for my first walk on Friday night - the world out there in Widnes is soooooo interesting, I kept stopping every three minutes to sniff those long posts with lights on top - I think they're there to help my owners see where we're going?

Then on Saturday morning, we went out AGAIN! this time, I was allowed off the lead and I ran off everywhere - ohhhh it was so exciting! I kept checking to see where Em and P were though cos I'm not having them disappear on me, no siree!

I met lots and lots and lots of dogs - all of them were really really really friendly - not sure I like that bottom sniffing palaver though - I think running around in circles is far far better!

Then on Sat night, I went out in the car. I don't like it. It makes me sick. All the time. Bah. But but but when we stopped we stopped at this really lovely house and there were two really really nice people there with their own 2 dogs - I got such a fussing over and I got to sit on Granny's lap - Granny said she wanted to keep me. I like sleeping on her lap - far better than the floor!

The 2 dogs were a bit grumbly and grumpy with me cos they thought I was too small to be a proper dog. They left me alone after I sat down and ignored them - you do have to respect your elders, don't you!

I've been out for *5* walks since Friday night and I am worn out! thank goodness Em and P have gone to work today! Cheerio for now folks, I'm off to dream about long grass and friendly chocolate labradors!
