We've been doing very well since 2nd January:
1. We've prepared our own lunches for work every day, including eating raw veg croutons as P calls them :)
2. We've drunk a litre of water every day - which results in us heading for the loo rather a lot!
3. We've done our exercises every other night, including a long walk in a country park on Sunday and a first attempt at jogging *huffs and puffs heavily* on Monday night.
4. We've not stood on the scales......
We will check our weight tomorrow morning, though I am told we should wait another week before looking at any possible results. Hmmm.
We have also had an offer from a very kind friend who says she'd be happy to measure and log secretly (!) our chest, waist, hip and thigh measurements every 3 weeks. We still don't know if that's with or without our clothes on :D

Well done! May I second the person who told you to stay off the scales? Scales = bad for health! WALK AWAY NOW. If you must, wait at least a week, and be doubly chuffed ;o)
Can I just point out it's NOT me that wants to measure them. Thank you for your attention !
