Farmers Market

This might be a wee bit incongruous but we had a farmers market in Widnes on Saturday! (To be fair, it wasn't in the main town but it was in an outskirting village called Cronton where there's far more grass than in the middle of Widnes town centre!)

It was a haven of delightful chutneys, cheeses, tarts, muffins, bread, organic veggies and other things far too delicious to remember but if you had smelly-recall, I'd be able to tell you in a second what else was there!

I came away with two slices of very tart lemon tart :), spicy pumpkin chutney to have with our next curry and some moroccan rub that will be introduced to some chicken this evening....mmm!
